📱 Terms of Use (Website & App)

These terms apply when you use dmwdrivingschool.co.uk or the Drive My Way app (on iPhone and Android).

1. Who can use the service

You must be 17 or older and hold a valid UK provisional driving licence to take lessons with DMW Driving School.

2. Creating an account

Anyone can create an account at the end of the enquiry form. You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and not sharing your account with other people.

3. How you may use the website and app

You may use them to:

• Enquire about lessons
• Book and manage lessons
• View your progress and training resources
• Upload a photo of your driving licence (optional)

You must not:

• Use the service for anything illegal or harmful
• Try to gain unauthorised access to the system
• Upload anything offensive or that infringes someone else’s rights
• Share your account with other people

4. My right to refuse, suspend or remove users

I can refuse to accept a booking, suspend or permanently delete an account, and refuse further lessons if:

• You provide false information
• You are abusive, threatening or behave unreasonably towards me
• You repeatedly miss lessons without proper notice
• I believe you are not safe to continue lessons
• You breach these terms

5. Bookings and lessons

Lesson bookings, cancellations, payments and refunds are covered by the separate Lesson & Payment Terms and Refund Policy.

When your lessons end. When you pass your test, your app login is removed. If you stop lessons, I mark you as inactive and the app stops working for you until you start lessons again. What is kept and what is deleted is explained in the Privacy Policy.

6. Content and intellectual property

The Drive My Way app, including its learning videos and theory and hazard perception practice, is provided by Drive My Way. The content and photos on this website belong to DMW Driving School. You may use them for your own learning only. You may not copy, share or sell them.

7. Pass photos

If you agree, I may take a photo of you when you pass and use it on my website, Facebook, Instagram and Google Business profile. You can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing me at admin@dmwdrivingschool.co.uk.

8. Liability

I provide the website and app on an “as is” basis. I am not liable for any loss arising from your use of them, except where the law does not allow me to exclude liability (for example death or personal injury caused by my negligence).

9. Changes

I may update these terms. Continued use of the website or app after changes means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
